Bellanos takes your goals, your budget, your constraints and the products you already own, and produces a suggested allocation of your own money across skincare products, at-home devices and categories of professional treatment. It also answers whether a specific purchase is a good use of that money.

It is a budgeting and decision-support tool for cosmetic choices. That is the whole of it.

Bellanos does not provide medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or screen for any condition, it does not determine whether a treatment is medically suitable for you, and it is not a substitute for assessment by a qualified professional.

Any suggestion that a professional treatment category may be relevant to your goals is a budgeting statement, not a clinical one. Whether it is appropriate for you is a decision for a licensed clinician who has examined you.

If you describe something that needs medical attention, the product will stop producing a plan and tell you to seek care. That behaviour is deliberate. It is not a substitute for your own judgement, and it is not a screening tool — if you are worried about something on your skin, see a doctor whether or not this product says anything.

Explanatory text may be generated by an AI system. It can be wrong. Nothing here is a promise about results.

You must be 18 or over. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

Paid plans are not offered to consumers in Quebec.

• The accuracy of what you enter. The output is only as good as the input.
• Your own purchasing and treatment decisions. We give you a considered opinion about your money. You decide what to do with it.
• Checking suitability with a qualified professional before starting any professional treatment, prescription product, or anything you have reason to think might not suit you.
• Not misusing the service — no scraping, no attempting to extract our evidence base or scoring logic wholesale, no reselling the output as your own.

We do not sell skincare products or treatments, and we take no affiliate cut on anything we name — not now, and not as a quiet later addition. Providers and brands cannot pay to change what the product recommends to you, its priority, or how options are ranked. Any sponsored placement would be clearly labelled where it appears and would never change the ranking.

This is not a courtesy. The system that produces your recommendation is built so that it cannot see commercial relationships at all, and an automated test blocks any change that would let it.

The core audit is free. Paid plans are not yet available; when they are, the price, currency and renewal terms will be shown in full on the same screen as the payment button, before you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, from within the product, in one step, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Where local law gives you a statutory right to withdraw, that right applies in addition to anything written here and is not affected by these terms.

Covered by our privacy policy. In short: we collect very little, we do not collect photographs of your face, and we do not sell personal information.

The software, the evidence base, the scoring model and the brand are ours. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.

What you enter stays yours. We use it to produce your plan and to improve the product in aggregate, non-identifying form. We do not claim ownership of it.

We will try to keep the service running and accurate, but we provide it as it is. Prices, product information and evidence assessments change, and some of what we show may be out of date. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached in a way that harms other users or us, and we will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

If we change these terms materially we will tell you before the change takes effect, and you may stop using the service if you do not accept it.

Bellanos is a service operated by REGENRTIV DESIGN TECH LTD., a British Columbia company, 1480 Howe Street, Vancouver, BC V6Z 0G5. When you accept these terms, your agreement is with Regenrtiv.
